Ireland Ireland Republic of Ireland For a number of years now, Retail Locations was asked if the same type of data could be collected for the Republic of Ireland. We originally started by capturing the addresses of UK companies trading in ROI, soon followed by collecting the data of Irish companies covering virtually all major trading categories. So far, we managed to get the address information for nearly 11,000 stores, concentrating on Comparison Goods, Convenience Goods and Service categories. The Convenience Goods sector, as a percentage of the population is above the UK figure, whilst Comparison Goods and Service sectors are comparable.
